When Purchasing A Cordless Phone, Does It Come With Batteries Too?

Need to purchase new cordless phone. Will it come with batteries or do I need to purchase them seperately?
Where can I go (not online) to purchase the BT-905 battery for my Uniden phone? I need a battery by Monday. Only phone we have.

As VoiP stated, the phones come with the batteries, however typically you’ll have to open the battery compartment and remove a protective cover on the contacts. Also, it’s important to make sure the battery is FULLY charged the first time. Some rechargeable batteries, if not initially fully charged, maintain a false ‘memory’ of how far they were charged up the first time and will not charge any further than that thereafter.

  • New cordless phones generally do come with rechargable batteries. And, before first use, you will typically need to charge the phone for a minimum of 8-10 hours.

The phone should come with a battery .
Where to find a battery for your phone (stores):
    Best Buy
    Radio Shack
    Target
    Walmart
    Universe Electronic
    Sears
    I hope this helps.

If you’re in the greater Sacramento, CA area, let me know. I can get you one by tomorrow afternoon.
